Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Don't display the MOTD when an explicit command is run. (possibly via authorized_keys(5) restrictions), even when a pseudo-terminal has been allocated for the session. In other words, only display the MOTD when the server starts the user's default shell.

- document PK build flags
- document makefile flags [INSTALL_* for instance]
- prepare manual for printing (both soft and hard cover)

Nice to have [in order of precedence]
- add X9.63 IES
- add CPP macros like OpenSSL has for ASN1 (e.g. encode/decode functions, etc) shameless ripoff :-)
